It must be a cold day in hell. This is the FIRST thing I’ve heard out of that man’s mouth I agree with: My friend Steve, in Reno, sent me this link. Norm Dicks seems to taken off gaurd. During that speech he talked about ‘Corporate Tax Loopholes’. He went on to blast those corporations that pay taxes overseas, in lieu of paying taxes here in the United States. Basically, calling some corporations, ‘Tax Cheats’. He delivered this speech, all the [...] I’m not sure why people give this guy a 61% approval rating. Granted it’s the 2nd lowest first 100 day approval rating of any new president except one. I’m sure you either know, or were able to guess correctly. Yeap, William Jefferson “Billy the Zipper” Clinton. So, what was the latest lie I simply have [...] Item 1 First up today, a wonderful teleprompter gaff with the President. Forgetting where he was in ‘his’ speach, he had to have the teleprompter ‘move ahead’ so he could get back on track. Nothing says ‘passionate about your topic’ like having nothing to say, unless someone is feeding it to you. Item 2 [...] While reading about the incredible incompetence of the White House, in the Pirate incident (4 days to act, and as it turns out the action ONLY occurred because the on-scene commander ordered it)… I came across this little filmstrip: Alarming, depressing and amusing all at the same time. Star Trek: The Stimulus Doomsday Machine [...] Congratulation to the US NAVY for the sucessful rescue of the hostage, Captain Phillips. With 3 of the 4 pirates killed and the 4th in custody, it seems that it was a very successful operation. News still seems to be streaming in and accounts vary slightly by source. MSNBC – ‘Captain was in imminent danger’ [...] Well, clearly Obama is not the only one in D.C. that can’t seem to ACT like an adult diplomat. When asked about the Pirate situation today in a news conference, President Obama refused to comment! When Secretary of State Clinton was asked about the piracy situation, she began with the typically vacuous liberal response [...] |
