Saturday Ride – taking the Duc out to stretch it’s legs

Took a little jaunt around the ‘East Side’ of Puget Sound.

Hopped the ferry to Seattle.

Stopped by Ducati Seattle for a BBQ. Picked up some new coffee mugs, and hit the road.

Sailed south to the Museum of Flight and renewed my family membership. Looking forward to seeing the Blue Angles this coming weekend at the museum!

Continued south to Eatonville, where I took in a serious helping of twisty roads.

Headed back north, met up with a buddy from work. Him, his dad and myself went to the Ram and harassed the waitresses. Headed home from there.

Oh, and I decided to try my luck at compressing the video into a Flash Video File, here is how that worked out:

  1. MY FRIEND!!! If you don’t stop hugging that double-yellow line on 7 a logging trucker who’s going to fast and ALSO hugging, if not CROSSING, that double-yellow line is going to TAKE – YOU – OUT!

    STOP IT!!!

You are making me nervous! I’ve seen those guys on more than one occasion and it scares ME to drive these windy roads even in a car. I know you live for that thrill, but, God love ya, remember your kids and take it easy!!!

    Cool video, though. Enjoyed that!!

  2. Nice vid after about a minute or so. Actually, I did like the beginning, but the audio didn’t match the mood… Does getting on the Ferry call out for Priest? Hmmm, maybe getting on the Faerie.. Ok, cheap shot, I still love Priest.

    Looks like fun.

Do you remember way back with that film JK made on his 510? You still have that somewhere?
